Q: What is LHA?
Ans: LHA, listed as capryloyl salicylic acid, is a gentle exfoliating acid that helps refine the appearance of the skin's surface without the harshness of stronger acids.

Q: Can I use this ampoule every day?
Ans: Yes, it is for twice daily use, morning and evening, after toner.

Q: Is this ampoule suitable for sensitive skin?
Ans: The high Centella concentration and centella-derived phytosterol are included specifically for soothing, though the LHA content means sensitive skin should patch test before regular use.
