How do I place an order?

Browse the store, select your product, add it to cart, and complete checkout using the available payment options. Your final order details are shown before payment.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days. Weekends, public holidays, and high-demand periods may take slightly longer.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is £3.75, express delivery is £5.99 where available, and eligible orders above £49 may qualify for free delivery. Final delivery cost is shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, tracking details are sent after dispatch to the email address used at checkout.

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must meet our return conditions, and you must contact us before sending it back.

Can opened skincare or cosmetic products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@enrapturecosmetics.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery label.

How long do refunds take?

After a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us immediately. We can only update address details if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
