30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened where applicable, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene note: For skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and personal care items, opened, used, tested, or unsealed products may not be eligible for return unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@enrapturecosmetics.co.uk. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in original packaging.
Proof: Receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please include photos of the product, packaging, delivery label, and your order number.

Order Refusal and Refund Policy

If you refuse a parcel at the time of delivery and the parcel is returned to us, we will review the returned parcel once received at our facility.

  • Refund process: Once the refused parcel is received and checked, a refund will be processed within 3 business days where eligible.
  • Shipping charge deduction: Shipping charges may be deducted from the refunded amount for parcels refused at delivery.
  • Exception: If the parcel was refused because it was damaged or because of an error on our part, contact our support team so the issue can be reviewed without standard delivery deductions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable rules. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
