beplain Artemisia Eye Butter 25ml

beplain Artemisia Eye Butter pairs two high concentration botanicals, vigna radiata seed extract at 26.4 percent and artemisia capillaris extract at 24.4 percent, instead of a token amount of either. Shea butter and avocado oil give the balm real richness for the thinner skin around the eyes, while niacinamide, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and adenosine work on brightening and the look of firmness.

Why You'll Love It

• Mung bean seed extract and artemisia capillaris extract are both included at high, stated concentrations.

• Niacinamide, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and adenosine work together on brightening and the look of firmness.
• Panthenol and allantoin keep the formula comfortable despite its richer texture.
• Melts in instead of sitting heavy or greasy, so it works well under make-up.
