belif Witch Hazel Herbal Extract Toner 200ml

belif Witch Hazel Herbal Extract Toner leads with hamamelis virginiana, commonly known as witch hazel, alongside jasmine extract and poncirus trifoliata fruit extract for a formula with a distinct herbal identity. The brand's Napiers Original Formula blend, oat kernel, calendula, catnip, raspberry leaf and chickweed, runs alongside sodium hyaluronate and betaine to keep the toner from feeling drying despite its witch hazel base. The thin liquid works either swept across the face with a moistened cotton pad or patted in by hand, whichever suits a given routine. Combination or oily skin wanting a lightweight, herbal toner with a traditional ingredient at its core tends to notice the balancing effect most clearly.
