belif Stress Shooter Cica Soothing Toner 200ml

belif Stress Shooter Cica Toner leads with madecassoside, panthenol and allantoin for a formula for calming reactive or stressed skin. A wide herbal extract blend, star flower, lady's mantle, nettle leaf, oat kernel and wild chamomile among others, draws on belif's Napiers apothecary background, while fermented filtrates from yeast, potato and Lactobacillus add further conditioning depth. The thin, toner-like texture applies easily with a cotton pad or clean hands, patted gently over the face after cleansing until fully absorbed. Reactive, stressed or easily irritated skin, the kind that flares up after weather changes or a hectic week, tends to notice the calming effect of this toner most clearly.

• Flexible application: works with a cotton pad or clean hands depending on preference.
