AESTURA A-Cica Soothing Relief Serum 40ml

AESTURA A-Cica Soothing Relief Serum 40ml is formulated at pH 4.5, closer to the skin's own natural level than many standard serums, and built around madecassoside alongside asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid, four of centella's most researched active compounds in one formula. Squalane and beta-glucan round out the hydration side, described as a targeted step for skin that's feeling reactive or compromised.

Q: How is this different from a standard centella serum?
Ans: It combines four of centella's key active compounds, madecassoside, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid, rather than relying on a single extract.

Q: Can I use this serum with the A-Cica Calming Cream?
Ans: Yes, they're made to be used together, with the serum applied first and the cream following.

Q: Is this serum suitable for very reactive or compromised skin?
Ans: It's positioned specifically for that purpose, though as with any new product, patch testing first is sensible if your skin is currently very reactive.
