EQQUALBERRY Purple Rice Pore Smoothing Cleansing Oil 200ml

Eqqualberry purple rice cleansing oil runs on the same rice-fermentation ingredients as the brand's cleanser, rice lees extract, rice extract and a lactobacillus rice ferment, but in a pourable oil built specifically to break down makeup, sunscreen and sebum before water is added to emulsify it. The five-oil blend, sunflower, macadamia, olive, rice bran and jojoba, handles the actual dissolving, while Centella Asiatica and Houttuynia Cordata extracts sit in the formula for a calming layer on top. At 200ml, it's described as the first step of a double cleanse rather than a standalone wash.

Why You'll Love It

• The five-oil blend dissolves makeup, sunscreen and sebum effectively before the water-emulsifying step.
• Fermented rice ingredients carry through from the brand's cleanser, giving the two products a shared ingredient logic for anyone using both.
• Centella Asiatica and Houttuynia Cordata extracts add calming support during the first cleanse.
• Emulsifies cleanly with water, rinsing away rather than leaving a heavy oil film.

Key Ingredients

• Five-Oil Blend (Sunflower, Macadamia, Olive, Rice Bran, Jojoba): the core dissolving ingredients for makeup and sunscreen.
• Oryza Sativa (Rice) Lees Extract: carried through fermentation via lactobacillus.
• Centella Asiatica Extract: included for a calming effect during the first cleanse.
• Houttuynia Cordata Extract: a purifying extract supporting the formula's overall profile.

FAQ

Q: Should I use this cleansing oil before or after my regular cleanser?
Ans: Before. It's designed as the first step of a double cleanse, dissolving makeup and sunscreen so a foam cleanser can follow.

Q: Does this oil remove waterproof sunscreen?
Ans: The five-oil blend is made to dissolve sunscreen and makeup effectively, including most water-resistant formulas.

Q: How is this different from the Purple Rice Cleanser?
Ans: They share the same rice-fermentation ingredients, but this is a pourable oil for first-cleanse makeup removal, while the other is a balm-to-oil formula built more for standalone or second-step cleansing.

Q: Will this leave a greasy residue?
Ans: No, adding water emulsifies the oil into a milky texture that rinses away cleanly.
