FAQ

Q: How is this pad different from the Azelaic Acid Soothing Serum?
Ans: They share a similar azelaic acid and hyaluronic acid focus, but the pad comes pre-soaked in a convenient format that can also be left on as a short mask, while the serum is applied with a dropper.

Q: Can I leave the pad on longer than 20 minutes?
Ans: We'd recommend sticking to 10 to 20 minutes so the pad doesn't dry out and start pulling moisture back from the skin.

Q: Is this pad suitable for daily use?
Ans: Yes, it's made for daily use, both morning and night.

Q: Does this pad have an exfoliating side like some other toner pads?
Ans: Refer to the packaging for the specific pad texture, as this can vary; the formula itself focuses on azelaic acid and hydration rather than physical exfoliation.
