Centellian24 Madeca Cream Hydra Calming 50ml

Centellian24 Hydra Calming Cream is built around centella asiatica leaf water rather than a concentrated TECA complex, giving it a lighter, more everyday-hydration focus compared to some of the brand's more intensive treatment creams. Niacinamide sits early in the ingredient list alongside panthenol, and a group of humectants including erythritol, xylitol and trehalose keeps moisture in place through the day. The fermented centella filtrate is a smaller but notable addition, tying the formula back to the brand's wider centella focus.

Why You'll Love It

• Combines hydration and calming in one step, using centella asiatica leaf water alongside niacinamide rather than treating them separately.
• Multiple humectants working together, with erythritol, xylitol and trehalose all supporting moisture retention.
• Includes a fermented centella filtrate, adding a fermentation-based ingredient on top of the standard extract.
• Lighter than a heavy barrier cream, suited to daily use rather than only occasional treatment.

Key Ingredients

• Centella asiatica leaf water: the base hydrating and calming ingredient behind the formula.
• Niacinamide: supports tone and general skin conditioning alongside the calming actives.
• Lactobacillus/Centella Asiatica Extract Ferment Filtrate: a fermented version of the brand's core ingredient, included for extra conditioning.
